You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your Production Job Shop Account, and that if you cancel your Production Job Shop Account, all your account information from Production Job Shop, including CVs, Profiles, cover letters, network contacts, saved jobs, questionnaires and email mailing lists, can be marked as deleted in Production Job Shop’s databases and will be removed from any public area of the Production Job Shop site. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Production Job Shop’s web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.

If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, Production Job Shop may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. Production Job Shop has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or non performance of such activities. 'Contract Month' means, in respect of any Order Form relating to the provision of Services for a specified period of months, the calendar month commencing on the start date specified in the Order Form and ending on the day before the same date in the next calendar month. 5. 'Contract Term' means the full term specified in the Order Form.
